Social content has been crucial in the efforts to change the brand perception of Bank of America. The work shown here is a small sampling of Twitter content created to support internal and external initiatives, corporate partnerships, sponsorships and events.

Some key projects included the creation of a variety of templates, many of which are still in use on the bank's social channels. These templates were established to facilitate rapid responses during events requiring live tweeting and to insure cohesion among agencies.
